Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Execution Specialist to drive the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and lead generation objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing, including search marketing, email marketing, social media, paid campaigns, and website content management. This role plays a critical link between strategic marketing (product marketer, product leadership) and and tactical execution (MarOps team), ensuring flawless orchestration and performance tracking of campaigns.

Commitment

  • Search optimization of the website in general and the blog section in particular.
  • Execute 4-6 multi-channel campaigns per month (email, social, paid, third-party).
  • ⁠Coordinate with content, design, and web tech teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Manage and optimize campaign workflows across marketing automation tools.
  • Own weekly performance tracking and reporting to optimize marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Deploy and manage marketing campaigns across search, email, social media, websites, and paid ads.
  • Marketing Automation: Operate marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot for lead nurturing.
  • Website Content Updates: Collaborate with the web development team to publish and optimize landing pages.
  • Email & Social Media Marketing: Develop and schedule marketing emails, social media posts, and event promotions.
  • 3rd Party Marketing Coordination: Work with external partners for sponsored content, webinars, and joint campaigns.
  • Performance Analytics: Track campaign KPIs (MQLs, engagement, CTRs, conversions) and refine strategies for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign execution.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing, paid campaigns, and organic social media.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and execute on tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills with content, design, and sales teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in HR Tech, SaaS, or MarTech industries.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot CMS).
  • Exposure to B2B lead generation tactics and multi-touch attribution models.
